Paying and VAT
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT or any other sales tax, so the price you see is the price you pay. Payment will be handled by Paddle, who sell ClockGrapher for me and look after the tax for your country. Paddle also sends the receipt.
How a paid licence works
- One licence covers one install: ClockGrapher capturing on one computer. You can look at it from as many phones, tablets and computers as you like.
- Personal records up to 2 clocks at once. Professional has no limit.
- Try it free for 28 days first: sign in from the app to start the trial (one per account).
- You can move a licence to another computer 3 times in any 30 days. Removing an install on your account page counts as a move. If you need more, email me.
- A subscription runs to the date you have paid up to. Online, the app fetches the renewed licence by itself. A computer that is never online needs the new licence file added by hand, so yearly or owning it suits those best.
- Owning it means you can use the versions you have forever, with a year of updates. After that, buy another year of updates when you want them.
- If a subscription ends, capture stops straight away. Your recordings stay on your computer, and the history and charts stay readable.
The beta rules, in plain words
- The beta is free. Your account gets one beta licence for up to five installs. An install is ClockGrapher on one computer. You can look at it from as many phones, tablets and computers as you like.
- Signing in on a sixth computer asks first, then stops the install that was set up longest ago.
- You can move a licence to another computer 3 times in any 30 days. Removing an install on your account page counts as a move. If you need more, email me.
- Reinstalling a computer's operating system makes it a new install. Remove the old one on your account page.
- It works offline, but each install needs to go online at least once every 30 days to renew its licence.
- When a new beta comes out you have seven days to update. ClockGrapher updates itself overnight unless you turn that off.
- If a licence runs out, capture stops straight away. Your recordings stay on your computer, and the history and charts stay readable.
- The full terms are in the EULA.
